A 425’x425’ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) lined manure storage pond with a useable volume of over 6 mill. gall. The pond is used as part of a Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP) for a dairy operation. The manure handling and storage system consists of a two stage settling basin and this third stage pond for liquid storage. The design was permitted under the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), and Confined Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) Rule. 2012
