Engineering
Timothy R. Royer is the president and sole owner of Timber Tech Engineering Inc., which he founded in 1990. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1983 with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering with a Structures Emphasis including Structural Design, Agricultural Structures, Agricultural Systems, Strength of Materials, Heat Transfer, and Mechanical Drafting. Prior to founding Timber Tech Engineering Inc., Tim worked for Rigidply Rafters, Inc. of Richland, Pennsylvania as their head Engineer for six years.

Eric L. Wriglesworth is an engineer originally out of the Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania office. He is a certified P.E. in Pennsylvania and now works from his home in Western PA providing engineering support to both the PA and IN offices. Eric graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in May 2002 with a B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering specializing in structures and Environment Control. He was hired by Timber Tech Engineering Inc. upon graduation.

Dimitry A. Reznik is a design engineer at the Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania office. He is a certified P.E. in Pennsylvania. Dimitry graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in May 2007 with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Structural Option. He was hired by Timber Tech Engineering Inc. in September 2007.

Eric P. Pesce is an assistant engineer at the Timber Tech Engineering, Inc. Tennessee office where he also serves as our office manager. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in August 2002 with a B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering specializing in the design of wood structures. Eric then continued his studies at the Pennsylvania State University and graduated in August 2005 with an M.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, writing his thesis on the design of Ventilation Strategies for Confined Space Manure Storages. Upon graduating, he worked as an R&D Engineer for Simpson Strong-Tie, Inc. for three years at their branch in Columbus, OH. Eric resigned from his position at Simpson Strong-Tie, Inc. in order to serve for eleven years in a religious community whose primary mission was hands-on work with the homeless in major cities throughout the U.S., Europe, and Central America. He was hired by Timber Tech Engineering in March 2021.
Mikhail A. Grishchuk is an assistant engineer at the Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania office. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in December 2018 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has an Associate Degree in Drafting and Design Technologies from Ozarks Technical Community College, where he graduated in 2011. He was hired by Timber Tech Engineering Inc. in September 2022.
Drafting
Randy A. Miller is the Head Draftsman at the Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania office since September of 2004. He was hired by Timber Tech Engineering in April 2002. He graduated from the York Technical Institute in July 2002 with an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in the CAD program.

Administration
Julie A. Franck is the Office Administrator at the Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania office. After working in the textile industry for ten years, she decided it was time for a career change and applied at Timber Tech Engineering Inc. She was hired as the first secretary for Timber Tech Engineering Inc. Pennsylvania in 1994 and has overseen all the aspects of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and personnel for all three office locations. She also takes care of the shipping of projects to the customers.
